Russell Jones – “Goke”
After gaining a degree in Film, Theatre and Television from the University
of Wales, Aberystwyth, Russell continued his training at the Method Studio,
London, before being released into the big wide world.
Having toured the country with Cragrats theatre company, Russell was fortunate
enough to land a lead role in the Welsh television series Tipyn o Stad, where he
played Laurence Williams for the next four years. He has also had roles in the BBC’s
Casualty and Torchwood, and the Welsh series Caerdydd, as well as numerous radio plays,
short films and theatre tours.

Craig Stovin – “Andy”
Craig trained as an actor at Mountview Theatre School in London where he obtained a
1st class BA Honours performing in various stage productions which include: Shakespeare,
Ayckbourn, Huxley and Brighouse. He then went on to film various commercials for bic razors,
corporate videos for Apple ipod's, short films and a horror feature called The Unseen for director Kevin Gates.
He has also been in development with his own feature film entitled Saviour Sinner Saint,
which has gained the interest of Bullet Boy's distributor Verve Pics. This year
Craig will be pursuing further Film and T.V. work and continuing work on his second Feature

Kyle Sparks – “Greg”
Kyle Sparks completed his training in London after moving there
from the United States. He has performed in a variety of fringe
productions and has established himself as a creative and versatile
actor. After starring in an off-West End charity drama, he auditioned
for and received lead roles in many musicals including 'Cabaret' and
'South Pacific'. He was also selected as one of the lead actors in a
series of TV adverts for Budweiser, featured on Sky Sports during the
2006 World Cup qualifiers and tournament games, both in the UK and
across some other European countries. Choosing to expand his range of talents,
he also voiced the role of 'Astolith' in 'The Dalek Chronicles', an
online cartoon series for Doctor Who and the Daleks.
His role as 'Greg' in 'The Zombie Diaries' marked his first
feature-length film role and, although he has taken the year
2007 off to travel the world and broaden his experiences, he
will no doubt become very busy when next year rolls around
and he gets back into the swing of things.

Imogen Church – “Sue”
Imogen trained at The Drama Centre London, since when she has
worked in theatre, touring with plays throughout the UK and USA
with excellent reviews. She has also worked in radio, commercials
in the UK and Europe, as well as independent feature films and shorts.
Her other passion is writing, having just finished
her first screenplay and currently working on a book of nonsense poetry.

Jonnie Hurn – “John”
Jonnie trained at Mountview in London where he quickly realised
his heart lay with film and not the stage. He prides himself on
taking awkward and controversial roles that others avoid, such
as convicted sex-offender “Andy” in ITV’s hugely successful Bad Girls,
anarchist turned Krishna in the feature Too Many Bullets and a terminal
patient in denial in the feature The Confidential. Other work
includes the award winning shorts My Yacht, shot during the Cannes
Film Festival, Collapsed, and Heroine Girl. He also had a small
role in the BBC classic Allo Allo.
As a screenwriter Jonnie wrote the feature Animals and has three others
in development. He has two pastimes, travel and photography. He
likes to collect countries and was once arrested in the Sahara desert at gunpoint.

Anna Blades – “Vanessa”
Born in Sweden, Anna spent most of her childhood between England
and her home country, finally settling in the UK and embarking on an
acting career three years ago. Having previously worked in development
and training, amongst several other jobs, she studied Acting for TV,
Film and Radio at East 15 Acting School, graduating top of her class in 2004.
Anna is a powerful actress, oozing screen presence and experience.
She has spent the last two years shooting several films, shorts and features,
support and lead roles. Zombie Diaries is her first feature where
she was able to put her improvisation training to good use.

James Fisher – “Geoff”
After completing his training, James Fisher quickly established himself as a
talented and hardworking actor, gaining valuable experience in various high
profile productions. After various roles in UK TV productions, James landed
his first lead role in a feature film, playing 'Dan Fish' in the black comedy
Playground Logic. A US adventure followed when James was cast in the lead role
in feature film Cascade, shot on location in Tucson, Arizona.
2006 saw James take up lead roles in feature films Nine Lives in London and Hell bride.
He also recently starred opposite Elijah Wood in the feature film Green Street.

Sophia Ellis – “Anna”
Sophia Ellis is a versatile and talented actress
who started acting at a young age when she landed
her first role as the lead in a stage production
of Annie. Having appeared in numerous musicals and
plays with various fringe and theatre groups, she
has also successfully crossed over into Film and
Television.
Sophia is currently filming the BBC
produced music video ‘Where is the Line’ in which
she plays the lead character and recently completed
short films ‘The Providence Tape’, ‘Left’ and ‘Lots
of Love’ in all of which she played the lead roles.

Alison Mollon – “Elizabeth”
After graduating with a degree in Dance & Drama, Alison went on
to star in a number of Stage Plays such as ROMEO AND JULIET,
JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, HAMLET and THE CRUCIBLE, for which she
won rave reviews from critics.
'The Zombie Diaries' was Alison's first audition for a feature film. Despite this
she blew away the competition to land the role of 'Elizabeth' and has now
firmly established herself as an actress of huge potential.

Will Tosh – “James”
Will has worked extensively on stage in London, around the UK and in
Japan and Italy. His theatre credits include 'Leonce and Lena' (Tabard),
'The Pimp' (White Bear), 'The Second Maiden's Tragedy' (Hackney Empire),
'Candlesticks' (Lion and Unicorn), '5/11' (Kings Head and UK tour), 'The
Maid's Tragedy' (White Bear), 'Drive Faster, We'll Miss It!'
(Bracknell), 'Venice Preserved' (Arcola), 'Trojan Women' (Jermyn
Street), 'The Taming of the Shrew' (Thelma Holt/Cameron McIntosh Japan
tour) and 'Fatti Coi Piedi' (ETC Italy tour). 'The Zombie Diaries' is
Will's first feature.

Victoria Nalder (Summer) – “Leeann”
Shortly after leaving school, Victoria won a
scholarship to train in Dance and Musical Theatre
at the Arts Educational Schools, where she went
on to achieve the highest marks in her year.
She then went on to star in a number of fringe
production in the UK, making a name for herself
as a talented and versatile actress. Shortly
after completing production on The Zombie
Diaries in 2006, Victoria
moved to Los Angeles, where she now resides.

Hiram Bleetman – “Manny”
Hiram is a powerful, creative actor of unrelenting intensity. In addition to his
role as 'Manny' in The Zombie Diaries, which has been received with
much critical acclaim within the industry, Hiram has also landed
a lead role in the film 'Gnaw'.
Bartlett and Gates
were so impressed with Hiram's audition in May 2005, that they wrote a new role into the film specifically
for him. In addition, writer/director Matt Hope (The Vanguard) was so taken
with his performance, he called Hiram directly and invited him to be in his forthcoming horror.

Ralph Mondi – “Amine”
After
having
trained for 2 years with the renowned acting teacher Stella Adler in New York,
Ralph went on to study classical acting at LAMDA for 1 year. Since then,
he's been working with the high-profile fringe theatre company Naked Angels in
New York. He was at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm, Sweden, for 2 years.
during which time he played several different characters in various major
productions.
Since his return to London in
2002 he has played lead roles in numerous theatre productions and films.
He played opposite Nicholas Farrell and John Benfield in Third Wave, a feature
film
made in 2003. He played Pete Townsend in BBC's docu-drama on Princess
Margaret in 2005. He also played Bodyguard/Citizen in Deborah Warner's
production of Julius Caesar at the Barbican starring Joseph Fiennes and Simon
Russell Beale in 2005. In 2006 he directed and starred in a new written play entitled
Vendetta
- based on the Victorian novel by Marie Corelli. A production which toured
nationally. He is just about to start shooting a film where he
plays
Man Ray - the Dadaist and man who revolutionized art photography.

Leonard Fenton – “Bill”
Leonard Fenton is a British actor,
best known for his role as Dr. Harold Legg in the BBC soap opera, EastEnders.
Fenton originally trained to be a civil engineer at King's College London
and during World War II he was conscripted as an army engineer. He worked in this
profession for five years after leaving the army, but eventually decided on a
career change and won a scholarship to drama school.
One of his earliest acting breaks came when he was offered a role by Orson Welles
in his play Chimes At Midnight. His career in acting spans over fifty years and he
continues to act occasionally on television and on stage and has performed numerous radio plays
including The Hobbit for BBC Radio.

Juliet Forester – “Sharon Buckley”
Juliet started in films as an extension to her modelling career which
began when she was selected as the 'Cosmopolitan Super Girl' and face of
Wella in 1973. She worked on many feature films and TV productions,
from Superman to Yentil and from The Professionals to 'Soldier, Soldier'
before marrying and taking a decade or so out while her children were
growing up.
During that time she worked on her painting - she now also
paints wildlife, flora and fauna and exhibits widely. She returned to
acting in 1997 - she has just finished working on Stephen Poliakoff's
latest production, Capturing Mary.

Kevin Gates – Writer, Director, Producer
After studying film-making for five years - gaining a Master’s degree in experimental
film, Kevin had several of his films shown at festivals and exhibitions across the UK.
From then on he worked as a freelance camera man on shorts and television documentaries
- including an ITV documentary on Richard Branson. Since then he has written for film
publications and produced supplemental material for DVD releases.
With a strong passion for horror films, Kevin has been an active part of the
UK horror scene and in 2002 directed his first independent feature film The Unseen.
The Zombie Diaries marks Kevin’s second feature film and an important step in
establishing himself as a writer and director of genre cinema.

Michael Bartlett – Writer, Director, Producer
Michael is a completely self-taught filmmaker who began studying film
production during his spare time in 2001 at the age of 25.
Michael has gone on to write, direct and produce the
short film, Mnemosyne (2004),
which was screened numerous times on National Television in the UK.
Michael has also written articles for a number of film publications, including The
Raindance Film Festival. The Zombie Diaries is Michael’s first feature film.

Scott Orr – Head of Special Effects
Scott’s artistic abilities were realised from a very early age. An imaginative child’s creative practice that did not necessarily arise out of the toys he played with, but from what could be made out of the packaging itself.
Purchasing his first make-up kit at 12 years old and through practicing varying artistic disciplines, his true nature grew from fabricating models to working life size. Now akin to many engaged within the film industry, he has molded himself into a multi-faceted artisan.
Having worked on over 30 productions for film, television and theatre; productions including box office successes The Davinci Code, Children of Men and pop videos such as Talk for the band Coldplay, he views the vista of his creative future with ever broadening horizons.

Cesar Alonso – Special Effects
Fx Artist and Sculptor; born in Malaga, Spain.
In 1998, Cesar moved to London to pursue a career in Special Effects.
Being a self-taught artist he works freelance
for several companies and is also embarking on a number of personal
film and music projects.
Some of his past works are inclusive to: "Anazapta", "The Lost Battallion" and "House Of Nine".
Cesar is currently working in between Spain and The UK.

Mike Peel – Special Effects
Mike grew up with a love of Sci-fi and Horror films, and began creating art inspired by these from an early age. After obtaining his degree in Visual Arts at Dartington College of Arts, Mike secured his first job as a runner for Image Animation where he was able to build up good experience and contacts.
He has been heavily involved with films such as Casino Royale, Harry Potter and the order of the Phoenix, V for Vendetta and The Descent. Some of his most memorable creations include: sculpting a 16ft pharaoh, building the claustrophobic caves for The Descent, and creating a burning field of undead in The Zombie Diaries.
Mike has been fortunate enough to employ his skills as an artist in Australia, Poland, Scotland and Ireland. He is currently based in Buckinghamshire where he lives with his wife and daughter.

Stephen Hoper – Composer
With a musical background in live performance and studio experimentation, Stephen has been writing production music for television since 2001 and composing contemporary film scores since 2003, including scores for horror mockumentary, The Dark Hunter, Michael Bartlett's Mnemosyne, and the award-winning Latvian drama, White Beast.
He is also a founder member of the psychedelic fusion trio, The Cocktail Hour, and of the improv’ collective, The Aristocrats.

Rob Whitaker – Sound Design
Rob has been a working sound engineer for close to ten years now. Previous to this he was a musician, club DJ and promoter.
Since graduating in 2004 with a degree in Music Technology he has worked on a number of independent films in the UK. He has worked with Midlands based Mark Jeavons (Sepia Films), Richard Ward (WhiteFlashLeftEye Productions) and Jez Alsop. Most recently he has collaborated with Mike Bartlett on Mnemosyne and, currently, Zombie Diaries.
His skills involve him in all aspects of the sound presentation: location sound, post production sound design, foley and sound mixing.
